Rooming house insurance

Hello, 

I currently operate a rooming house, and the insurance cost is going up every year, and it is getting ridiculous. I was wondering if someone in the same situation has a company they can refer to or suggest so I can do some price comparisons. Many insurance brokers and companies don't take rooming house.  Thanks in advance.
