Realtor in Newark, NJ area?

Hi there... first posting from a soon-to-be first time investor!

Any realtor recommendations in the Newark, NJ area or suggestions regarding how to find a good realtor?

I'm looking to purchase a multi family, and am currently most interested in Maplewood Township, but open to properties that meet my criteria in nearby towns. I'd like to find a realtor who is experienced with investors and multi families. I'd also like the realtor to be knowledgeable regarding short sales and foreclosures, even though I may not go that route initially. I will hopefully be acquiring as many as 10 properties of the course of several years for long term passive income, so I'd like to form a relationship with the right individual.

Thanks in advance for any referrals or thoughts!

Jared
