Intro & CMA for fellow investors in NJ
My dear fellow NJ RE investor on BP, this is Lee and I am fairly new to real estate investing. After being frustrated working with agents who didn't even know what ARV stands for, I decided to get the RE license to serve my own investing and help fellow investors. Currently, I am licensed in NJ and have access to NJMLS. I am happy to run some CMA for fellow investors (just PM me).
