Monmouth / Ocean County CPA and Attorney recommendation

Good Morning!

I have been looking for a deal and found one but the price started to get out of control so I let it go. 

I would like to ask for any referrals to a local CPA in Monmouth or Ocean County that know, understand, and work with Real Estate Investors. I will be looking/searching on google and checking reviews but figured I would ask on here as I am sure you guys know of one or some. Also looking for an attorney to work with to open an LLC and to work with for future deals.
