Hi! I'm Beth! New to investing but really would like to start off with a MDU (live in one, rent the other(s)).  Is there any areas in NJ that are better than others? (I'm in Northern - Passaic, Bergen, Morris, even Union).  Any pointers from seasoned investors? Thanks :)
