Question for agents-What Broker would be best for my purposes?

Hi all,

So I am a Nj multi family and commercial investor that wants to start getting/keeping some money out of these deals. My plan is to get my license and join a brokerage specifically just to utilize on my own deals. I won’t be selling other people’s homes. Unless I start getting into the flipping game I would say my plan is to buy 2 deals a year.

Here’s my question.

What brokerage is best to join to keep as much money as possible? What company has the best agent splits/lower desk fees/support... etc etc

Training and marketing materials really aren’t important to me on this. Having a broker that gives admin help is however important to me.

Any help is appreciated

Some might not for various reasons. But brokerages make money off anything you sell, so they're usually pretty keen to bring on more brokers. This may be different for commercial focused brokerages, though.
