Hello,

Does anyone know investor friendly New Jersey general contractors?

I am looking for someone who is capable of handling tear down/ new construction on single family properties. 

Also, someone that has no problem meeting me at a walk through on a potential property and providing me with a scope of work estimate on site based on your end goals. 

Example: X amount Painting, Y amount flooring etc.

Also, no contractor who requests large deposits (been down that road before and never going back lol). 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
