Having a tough time finding an investor friendly agent in Warren County NJ to help me identify BRRR properties. Do any exist out there? How do I find an agent that is investor friendly?

Investor Friendly seems to be a term people throw around a lot. Any realtor who understands the market, can listen to your needs, and knows some simple math should be able to help you with this even if they're not a BRRR investor themselves. In the end, you need to be the one determining if a deal is good or not regardless of what your agent tells you.

Slightly unrelated, it's always interesting when people want "investor friendly" contractors. It basically means they want cheap contractors. =P
