Looking to Network with Rental Investors & Agents in Northern NJ
My name is Damani Francis and I am a rising sophomore at Brown University. I have been studying RE investing for some time (numerous books, videos, meetups, etc) and I am completely hooked. I am currently working on analyzing a few deals based on stringent numerical analysis. I am really interested in learning more about the market in Northern New Jersey and connecting with individuals who can provide me with some advice and knowledge in the markets.
I have a huge goal of developing a huge portfolio of rental properties by the time I graduate (starting with small rental properties in the area of around 2-4 units), I am currently talking to lenders and working on getting pre-approved to buy a property in the near future that will meet my investment criteria.
