Contractor Needed - Exterior Renovations Bergen County

Long time BP podcast listener, first time posting...

I'm under contract to purchase a primary residence in Bergen County and there are significant exterior defects.  House is from 1978 and I'm looking for a contractor to quote me (to help me negotiate a credit with the seller) for:

• New vinyl siding (existing wood siding is rotten through)
• New windows and trim
• New asphalt shingle roofing and fascia
