I have an American Modern policy through agent Larry Lerman. Make sure you ask about Builder's Risk coverage.

Definitely look up my buddy Joseph Feldman with Prime Insurance. One of the best agents in NJ - very knowledgable and independent so he has multiple options.

Call Rocco Esposito at Esposito Insurance in Nutley. He did both of my last two flips for me.
