Hello Bigger Pockets Users:

I'm a practicing Real Estate and Litigation attorney in Smithtown, NY and am a part time investor myself. Prior to becoming an attorney, I worked as a project manager for a NYC construction contractor and flipped houses on long island. I currently handle all kinds of real estate matters for my clients and am constantly on the lookout for rental properties.

I am always looking to help fellow investors and build new business relationships. Please feel free to PM me with any questions regarding the following:

1) Real Estate Closings

2) Evictions / L&T Disputes

3) Residential / Commercial Leasing

4) Contract Drafting

5) Foreclosure Defense

6) Debt Negotiations

7) Collections

8) Civil Litigation

-Real Estate Disputes

-Business Disputes

-Personal Injury

Please note that I will not offer legal advice. However, I can provide helpful information and guidance. This may be considered attorney advertising.

Feel free to reach out.

Rob
