Primary Master Bath Remodel (Winston Salem) Recommendations

Hey y'all.  We recently relocated to WS and I'm currently remodeling our primary residence.  I could use support from a plumber on our bathroom remodel.  Would anyone have any recommendations on someone who is investor minded?  I want to make sure I can draw clear lines with the plumber/contractor on what they can do and what I can do in the project to save on costs.  We have relatively flexible timing.
