Looking to connect with other investors from Winston Salem

Hello everyone! I am an investor with a property in Greeck and Israel. I am looking to branch out and expand my portfolio to Winston-Salem, NC area, I've done my homework and am ready to take action and purchase my first BRRRR within the next 60 days. Not only am I out of state, but I'm also actually out of the country as I am from Israel.

My goal is multi-family, but I'm not against starting out with single-family to learn and grow my funds to be in a better position to go after multi-family. Long term, I want to take the next four years to completely replace my W-2 income with real estate.

I know I'm not the first to do this, but I am having some areas that I am struggling to wrap my head around. Looking to connect with other investors in this community and learn more about this market
