Hello BiggerPockets!  Long time lurker, first time poster.

I'm a mid-twenties healthcare professional living in downtown Raleigh.  I plan to invest in and house hack my first home next spring when my apartment lease is up.  I'm eager to network with and meet many of you in the triangle area!
