Highpoint NC or Pikeville NC investments

Anyone familiar with investments in this area? How do you like your returns so far?

I’m familiar with Pikeville, NC but not familiar with the Highpoint market.  I do know that Pikeville rents well if the property is in good condition.  We manage a couple of rentals in the Pikeville area and they do quite well with quality tenants.
