Househacking in Charlotte, NC

Hey everyone! 

My name is Kellyn. My husband, Daniel and I are closing on a townhouse this month just outside of Charlotte, NC in Huntersville. I am a nurse and my husband is a pilot and our plan is to start househacking within the next few months by hosting travel nurses. 

I’ve read a few of the BP books on househacking and listened to some podcasts and would love to network with some people in the Charlotte area that have househacked (bonus points if you have househacked to travel nurses) to talk about your experiences, pros/cons, lease structure etc.
