Hello guys! What is a good number to use for a water bill on a duplex? I know its probably hard to say but when analyzing properties what is a good number to use for monthly water and sewer? Thanks!

@Jose Valdez
A lot of people do between $20-$50 per person if it's not sub-metered. If it is sub-metered, you usually just pay a company-like guardian to read the meter every month, and then you just back bill the tenants.
