On Mismanagement of your property by Maintenance company
How do you go about this. My property recently was mismanaged by a management company, we had 12 good paying tenants who have been in the apartment for 10 and 15 yrs. But when a new manager came in , his action made all the tenants to move out. and from there things started to fall apart. He could not rent the apartments out, no adverts to rent the apartments, and the place was vacant for upto 5 months. He created a huge debt for me, and still wants me to pay his management fee.
