I am looking to start investing in real estate. I am looking to find the right professionals to have a team in place for when we will be closing on our first property. If anyone has any recommendations for the following professionals in the Dayton/Cincinnati (Ohio) area, I would appreciate it.

- Lawyer (to write a lease and for possible future conflicts)

- Management Company

- Handyman/Contractor

- Real Estate Agent

- Wholesale company/agent
