Hi, my team is new to the Ohio market and we are looking to sell cash flowing SFR's, Duplexes, and Triplexes in Dayton. What is the cap rate that investors that acquire these type of properties look for?
Thank you in advance for the advice.

Cap rate is not normally used in residential properties, only in 5+ unit properties. For residential properties like SFR's, Duplexes, and Triplexes CoC, Rent/Cost, $/door/month, or IRR are more common.
Cheers... Immanuel
