Dayton/Xenia Bandit Signs

Hey guys,

I'm new to Bigger Pockets, and I'm a real estate investor in Tampa, FL, but I wound up with a great cash property outside of Dayton through a strange sequence of events.

I've been trying to find someone to post bandit signs for me through the normal channels, i.e. Craigslist, but so far I've had 4 people flake.

Does anyone have someone reliable that they can refer me to, or use any channels other than Craigslist to find someone for Bandit Signs?
