Returning to Loveland, Ohio: meetups, accountants, etc...

Folks,

We're returning to the Loveland (Ohio) area after many years as expats.  It's still a few months off, but I'm looking for advice and recommendations on the following:

• Local meetups for like-minded real estate investors (especially buy-and-hold!)
• Business and real estate oriented accountants
• Local realtors well-tuned to investment properties
• Contractor who are worth talking with
• Other local knowledge that will get us off to the great start!

Again, looking forward to getting back to Loveland!
