My first investment property
Hello all, Im an out of state newbie and recently found a property worth purchasing in Cleveland Ohio. I know your suppose to have a team established and that is something that I don't have just yet. I wanted to wait till I got a team in order however I don't want this deal to pass me by. Does anyone have any good contractors, appraiser and lawyer ? I'm ready to go ASAP but I need these people first before I can push forward. Any advice is great!
