Looking to buy a duplex in Canton Ohio

Does anyone know the Canton Ohio area? I’m looking to buy a duplex to start off my real estate investment portfolio and since I’m out of state in California I can’t find much information and would rather listen to investors opinions in the area, thank you in advance!

 What made you land on Canton OH? There are multiple spots in Ohio, even the midwest that will land you will a cash flowing and equitable deal.
