New to Norman/OKC area

How's it going everyone?  My wife and I are currently in Lawton and we're trying to make our first true investment purchase up in Norman or OKC.  Made the drive up a couple times now to look around and read some older post here on BP to try and get a feel for what the two areas are like.  With the distance, time we have available, and size of the area we're thinking of narrowing our focus to maybe just Norman or a section of OKC.

We're also about to start making phone calls to find a realtor in that area.  No one we've spoken to around here had any referrals for up that way though.  Do any of you work consistently with certain agents that you trust and would recommend?

Probably the worst time to start asking folks questions with the holidays coming up ha!  Any ways, look forward to hearing anyone's input.  Thanks!
