Besides looking at Trulia to see if the area is safe or not. What other websites I should be looking at it? Does anyone has any advice about investing in Rambling Acres -OKC? Any advice will be very much appreciated

I have a friend who once owned a home in that neighborhood and never had any complaints or issues. However,  the Boardwalk Apartments a few miles to the SE is one of the largest sources of traumatic violence in OKC.
