I'm am trying to get an idea of good neighborhoods to invest in around Pittsburgh. Does anyone know anything about McKees Rocks or Mount Oliver? Thanks!

I try to focus on school districts to attract better tenants.  @Jerry Kisasonak makes a good point here.  Those neighborhoods can be problematic.   I would suggest you aim for the blue collar suburban neighborhoods.   I like Millvale, Etna, Sharpsburg, Avalon, Bellview, type of areas.  If you dont know an area, talk to the police and see what they say about the area.
