Investor looking at multi-families in The Scranton Area

Anthony D.

Posted

We are two investors from the NYC area looking to purchase some multi-family properties for cash flow in the  Scranton area.  (We are also looking at Pittsburgh)

We are specifically looking for a realtor who has experience with investors, as well as other team members (property management, local bankers, contractors, etc) to help us navigate the area.

Any tips, advice, or recommendations, would be greatly appreciated!

@Anthony D.

There are several of us on BP that invest in the Scranton / Wilkes-Barre area. Sadly, the number of active posters can vary from time to time. I suppose that's true for the Pennsylvania area in general --- it seems like sadly many of us come and go!

In any event, shoot me a PM. I'll be happy to chat about investing in Scranton and put you in touch with folks.

I do also have some Pittsburgh connections (more on the legal side), but you are probably better off touching base with someone like @Josh Caldwell. I believe Josh is the president of the Pittsburgh REIA.
