CAP Rates for Harrisburg, PA
My friend lives between Uptown and Olde Town 2 blocks from the river in Harrisburg, Pa. His current apartment building is coming up for sale. He asked for help in evaluating the property. Does any one know of a good CAP Rate to use to evaluate a property in this location? It's a 4-plex. Thanks!
