I am a new real estate investor hoping to begin my journey in NW PA.  I am looking at the Erie area and the smaller towns to the south (Meadville, Franklin, Titusville, Warren).  Have others looked at investing in these smaller towns surrounding Erie?  Look forward to connecting!
