Hey BP community, my husband, toddler, and I are relocating to Greenville for a new job next month. We're not new to FI/BP but we are new to REI. In fact this will be our first house ever and we're really exited!
We’re currently looking at a duplex we want to buy and rehab. We’ll live in one side and rent the other.
Does anyone in the area have trusted recommendations for contractors? How about realtors and brokers/originators who really know construction mortgages?
Any other tips specific to REI in Greenville or any local investor groups we could check out?
