Looking for an investment minded Agent in El Paso, TX

I am looking to break into the El Paso, TX market and buy a SFR or 1-4 unit multifamily investment property. I am hoping that there may be a real estate agent here on BP or that a member may be able to refer someone that understands the REI mindset and has a good feel for the market. Possibly knowledgable in foreclosures or short sales. Appreciate any and all comments.
