Dallas bathroom /kitchen remodel

Hi BPers!

I'm in Dallas, TX and planning to remodel the bathroom and kitchen of my condo so I can eventually rent it out. Any recommendations on who to use? I've hired Stephen Sardone before and liked his work, but would like to get several bids.
