I hope you are all blessed. Anybody know any real estate investors looking for a superintendent? I have someone near and dear to me that would love to work for one. This person has rehabbed 400+ properties and has the lowest cost and construction duration in all of Houston for Waypoint homes. Experienced in turnkey projects; scope to QC.
