I have some experience in Real Estate Rental Condos.

I want to get an idea with the current market competition on existing properties has anyone considered in buying a small land 4K-5K sq feet land and building a cheap Single Family or a duplex for rental or selling ?

How much an estimated low end builder grade kind of construction cost.
