I am a newbee in the business. I live in Houston Tx, I am trying to find a INVESTOR friendly realtor who can work with a newbee on finding my first single family rental property. I will be doing a conventional LOAN, Pre-Approval application has already been complete. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!
