I am a multifamily  GC. Does any one know of like a face book group to reciprocate information about possible the more capable larger  multifamily subcontractors. Bidding out some multifamily right now. Once I got it bought out, I will score a loan and close it, then get busy building. Feel free to PM me as well. thanks
