Question regarding posting of Renovation Material

Posted

Hello Everyone, first time poster here on BP however I have read many of the questions and articles over the years. With that said my Wife and I were working on an investment property in Huntsville (Texas) and right after we had the property leveled we received an offer from a gentleman at our church and he will be removing all existing structures and is intending to put an RV park in. So we had a bunch of material ready to start the renovation for a rental(s) and are now looking to dispose of all material to get it out of the properties garage and hoping to find this material a good home for someone who can use it and save them a Lot of money. When I went to post this ad it came up with a list of No No's such as asking for Mentor's, Posting Real Estate Deals, Etc... Would posting a link to the ad on CL be in violation of the policy?

Thank you everyone/admin.
