Dallas Construction / GC Partners

Looking to understand how others have gone about identifying construction / GC expertise to partner in potential remodeling and ground-up reconstruction of SF homes in the north Dallas area.

Network Network Network......go visit the jobsites when you see them and talk to contractors....see their quality of work.   When you meet one ask them about where their current jobs are and if you can visit their job site.  When you're there ask when it will be finished and go visit again when it is finished.   Unfortunately it seems to be a continuous trail and error system.  You keep going with the people who do good work at a fair price.   You get rid of the ones who are slow, steal, and screw things up.
