New Investor in DFW Seeking Finance & Lenders

Hi all,

I am currently a new investor honing in on flipping homes in the upper north Dallas region. Mainly in the Plano, Carrollton, & Frisco areas. As of right now, I have about $10,000 saved up which is not enough to buy an entire real estate asset and renovate it. But I was wondering if anyone could feel me in on a couple of creative ways to finance flips or point me to certain sections in BP Podcasts where they discuss financing options. I've done the due diligence of finding a mentor in the area and getting the opportunity & support to shadow her on an entire project from getting the contract to closing on the end sale. She is willing to invest in me by being able to use her contacts as in contractors and deal finders and all I have to do is find my own financing. Anything will help!
