I recently Opened up a LLC in TX, and im looking for a team that can help me buy some houses. I have Capital saved, i already own 2 houses in Washington and North Dakota, but I really want to move to TX since its more landlord friendly. I am mostly looking for Single family homes around 1200 sqft - 1500 sqft for around 70k - 110k if they need some work its fine, but nothing major. As i am not from the area i would need a realtor, a management company, and lender if you can refer me to one. if not i can find one on m y own, but I am trying to develop a team that i can rely on. Thank you all for you help and attetion
