First post is asking to "assemble" a team

I hope that I am wrong but it sounds like you may have recently joined some sort of seminar/boot camp and they mentioned how important having a team is. While a team is important, they won't do all the work/research for you.

Your success in real estate is dependent on your leadership, research and ability to guide your team.

With that said - there are a couple of CPA's on this message board who work with clients remotely - feel free to reach out to a couple and choose the one you feel most connected with.
