Looking for LLC lender - Texas

Aaron Burton
Posted

Hey there BP folks,

Long time reader, first time poster. I'm new to this property investing stuff but have managed to find a deal that looks to be a great on paper. Myself a partner are putting together an offer so need to arrange financing yesterday. The properties (x2) are both 4 units and on separate deeds. However they both must be purchased.

We're looking for a lender that can lend to a LLC here in San Antonio. I'm looking for any recommendations on lenders in Texas? Like everyone I'm wanting to build an empire so a company that can grow with my portfolio would be ideal.

Thanks in advance of your posts.

@Aaron Burton

Do them separately on separate contracts and close them on the same day to appease the seller.  That way the financing is cheaper, you don't encumber more than one property and it will help separate assets if you and your partner part ways (not joking, we all know it happens).
