I want to transfer my loan to my LLC

Hello BP,

I bought a property under my personal name, and I am looking to transfer to my LLC. The mortgage company said that it was no allowed. I did get the warranty deed under the LLC. Just need to figure out how to get the loan to my LLC. Or if I even need to at this point. Any input and assistance is appreciated.

Take a look at the various due on sale clause articles on BP.  Very well covered. Many of my clients have me draft warranty deeds moving properties around and file them.
