Hi All,

Curious to know if anyone has experience with doing BRRRR's in Virginia. Either in Richmond or Virginia Beach.


How has your experience been so far? Is the Rent to Price ratio good for a new investor whose primary goal is to increase cash flow?

Lots of investors using the BRRRR strategy in Hampton Roads. Norfolk and Portsmouth seems to be more popular due to cashflow, but there are some in VA beach as well.
