United funding corp?? SCAM or NOT
Has anyone ever worked with United funding corps. It looks to good to be true. I appears to be a place for owner financing or you just take over the loan. Example--- 11,995 down includes all ATT. fees 1,990 month includes taxes and insurance( ARM and HELOC) 298,000 with 23 years left on the loan. Can anyone shine some light on this situation?
