Recommendation for PM in Richmond

Hi - I am looking for a property manager in Richmond VA. Are there any recommendations? What is the typical monthly management fee (7?8%?) and the tenant placement fee (50%, 75% or 1 month?). I had a bad experience with PM with expensive repair/maintenances services, which I try to avoid this time. But it is hard to know without using them first.

Also any PM that manage mix-use property?  A few apartment units and a small commercial space.

@Daniel Harnsberger  has a PM company that I've heard great things about!   Typical PM fees ranging from 8-14% .
