Suggest Local NOVa banks for cash out loan

Hello friends, Any suggestions on which local banks in northern Virginia are willing to give a cash out loan on rental property. Is bank willing to lend on the appraised value as soon as a property has been rehabbed and rented? Thanks Harry

@Account Closed If you purchase in cash you can cash out under delayed financing exception after rehabbing it. If you have HML you have to wait 6 month to cash out under conventional loan.
