LookingContractor recommendations in the SEATTLE WASHINGTON area
Hey thanks for the bank recommendations on my last post. Now Im looking for contractor recommendations for my Rental property.
Does anyone know of any in the Seattle Area that you had good experience with?
What area and how long? I have a great guy but I use him and I'm 85% of his work. I'm not about to give him away, but if you have something small, I would consider sharing.

Hey Daniel, I've got some contractors I have worked for in the past that I can recommend. Shoot me a DM if you're interested, although it might be some time before work can start again due to the shutdown and construction being deemed non-essential (unless it is structural).

I am not familiar with that area but finding a contractor anywhere is pretty much all similar here is how I find them:
1.Thumbtack.com
2. Angieslist.com
3. Craigslist.com
4. Facebook groups * just go to Real estate investment groups and your city
5. Home depot or Lowes at the contactors desk I usually go in the morning because that is when you find the good contractors
6. Local real estate clubs
7. Yellow pages/ Ad sites on news papers
8. Houzz.com
9. Asking your realtors
